All our products are digital STL files delivered instantly.

Because of the nature of digital products (non-returnable, instantly accessible), all sales are final.

We do not provide refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Wrong purchase

• Local incompatibility (e.g., printer/software setup issues not related to file integrity)

2. Refunds for Technical Issues Only

Refunds are only considered if:

• A file is corrupted or unusable, and

• Our support team cannot provide a working replacement.

Refunds are not granted if:

• Files have already been downloaded and used (e.g., printed, modified, or shared).

• Download limitations arise from third-party hosting providers (e.g., Google Drive, MEGA), since we always provide alternative download options.

3. Consent to Download

By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• Files are delivered instantly after checkout (via direct link or email).

• Once downloaded, the product is non-refundable.

4. Legal Compliance (EU/UK/US)

We comply with consumer laws for digital content, including:

• Directive (EU) 2019/770 (Digital Content Directive)

If a digital product does not function as described and cannot be fixed, remedies may include:

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing Reminder

All STL files are original digital creations owned by Scream Designs™.

By purchasing, you acquire a personal-use license unless you separately purchase a commercial license.

Refunds are not provided in cases where the customer requests reimbursement due to copyright concerns, IP restrictions, or licensing misunderstandings.
